Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other qualified freight providers depending on the size and weight of the order. Shipping time is additional to Order Processing time. 

Product Availability

Product availability is subject to change. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory and lead times, some items may be temporarily out of stock, backordered, or discontinued by the manufacturer.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available options, estimated lead times, substitutions, or a refund.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials to assist with any carrier claims.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be rerouted or reshipped due to an incorrect address.
